- How do I verify my employment at Liberty Tax?
- Employment verification is handled by The Work Number, not Liberty Tax HR. Call 866-604-6572 or visit theworknumber.com, Monday through Friday 7 AM to 8 PM Central Time. The Liberty Tax employer code is 10513083 — verifiers will need this code.
- How do I schedule a tax appointment?
- Go to libertytax.com, use the Office Locator to find a nearby office, click Make Appointment, and follow the booking steps. If online scheduling is unavailable, call the office directly.
- I filed my taxes online with Liberty Online. Who do I contact for help?
- Contact the DIY Support Team by email at Support@Efile.LibertyTax.com. Local offices cannot access DIY returns. Include your full name, last four of SSN, account email, phone number, and a description of the issue.
- How do I access my tax documents online?
- Log in or create an account at clientportal.libertytax.net. Link your account under Settings if needed, then navigate to Taxes to view or download your return.
