General HR Inquiries — Email (Preferred)

Email is the fastest and preferred way to reach the HR team for general questions, policy inquiries, and non-urgent requests.

Speaking Directly with HR by Phone

Callers who need to speak with an HR team member directly may call during business hours.

Submitting Documents by Fax

Callers who need to send documents to HR may use the fax number below. They should include their name and contact information on all faxed materials.

Mailing Documents to HR

Documents may also be mailed directly to the HR team at the address below.

Employment Verification

Liberty Tax does not process employment verification requests through the HR department. All employment verification requests are handled by a third-party provider called The Work Number. I direct any caller asking about employment verification to contact The Work Number directly.

Callers verifying employment will need the Liberty Tax employer code when speaking with The Work Number. The Liberty Tax employer code is 10513083. I provide this code to any caller who asks for it during an employment verification inquiry.
